Alysha grew up not only with DSLR cameras in hand at all times but was also exposed to pre and post productions at an early age, with family members already involved in the industry. So she pursued her dream of becoming a member of the media community by attending Tv Broadcasting at Mohawk College.
Brendan is an experienced individual with knowledge in editing and on-location tasks such as; audio, lighting, camera, etc.
He has worked on many productions in both professional and academic. Brendan is able to creatively piece together something raw and form it into production quality.
Currently attending Mohawk College for a three year program in Television and Broadcasting, has assisted in the live broadcast of Ignite news for 2 years, and has also assisted in the live stream of the CCAA college level sports tournament and various other offsite mobile productions.
Lorne-James Rice is a student in broadcast television at Mohawk College. His dream is to make the world smile through the content he creates. He provides the BlackHearted crew with Props and keeps continuity fluent, and makes sure that the wardrobe is consistent. In 2013 he received his certificate in Pre-media and Entertainment at Mohawk College. He is devoted to making his dream and the dreams of his friends a reality by providing content for people of all ages.
Some of Ashley’s favourite things to work on include editing projects on Avid Media Composer, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop, directing TV shows through Rogers and Mohawk College, and working on camera effects and different ways to expand on her knowledge using her own recording equipment. Ashley strives to achieve her aspirations in the industry and her personal life, hoping to have a career that she enjoys and a family later on in life.
